💔ファンアートの自由について
・Fell!Lustは、Underlustをベースにして、それをFell化した三次創作AUです。
Underlustとは、NSFWShamecave氏によるUndertaleの二次創作。
現在は著作権を放棄され、パブリックドメインとなっています。
Fell!Lust製作陣もそれを尊重して、Fell!Lustが自由に二次創作されるべきと思っています。
・Fell!Lustのキャラを使用する際に製作陣の許可をとる必要はありません。
(ただし、二次創作活動である事を自覚して、モラルに則った創作をして下さい。)
・R18やR18Gなど関するファンアートの規制を製作陣側からは設けません。
現実の法律に従ってください。
・設定やキャラクターデザインについても同様に規制や統一を行う予定はないので、
皆さん自身が考えた概念を自由に発表してください。
このサイトに掲載した概念は「我々が作った世界線としての一例」です。
・同人活動、有償の活動については、本家UTの同人規約に沿う範囲で自由に行って下さい。

💔注意事項とお願い
・コンセプトの影響から、性的表現や暴力表現を含みやすいAUであるため、
発表場所には十分注意し、R-18やR-18G表記を適切に行って下さい。
・内容に過激なエロ/グロ表現を含む場合は、
作品閲覧前に確認できる場所に、内容に関する注意書きを記載して下さい。
・製作陣からのお願いで、「死産」や「子殺し」の表現に関しては、
作品閲覧前に確認できる場所に注意書きをお願いします。
・上記の注意事項に関して、あくまでも注意書きを記載して頂きたいだけで、
ファンアートの内容に関する規制は、製作陣側からは設けません。
各国の現実の法律に従って下さい。
💔 About the freedom of fan art
・Fell!Lust is an AU that is based on Underlust and made into a Fell version of it.
・You are free to create any production related to Fell!Lust.
but you must follow the fan guidelines of the original Undertale.
・Fell!Lust will not regulate fan made thing related to R18 and R18G. Please follow the actual laws.
・ Doubling down on doujin activities and paid activities,
feel free to do so in accordance with the doujin/fanart rules of the UNDERTALE.
・ We do not plan to regulate the setting or character design of Fell!Lust as well.
・Do not need to get permission from the production team to use Fell!Lust.
(However, please be aware that this is a derivative work and create with morals.)
・ Fell!Lust is not a highly original AU, but a combo AU that combines existing AUs: Underlust and Underfell. As such, we think that the production team are just fan art creators and do not have the right to regulate their expressions.
💔 Notes and Requests.
・Because of the concept, it is easy to include R18/R18G expressions,
please pay attention to the place of publication and use R-18 and R-18G notation appropriately.
・If your work contains extreme erotic or grotesque expressions,
please put a note of caution on your work in a place where we can see it before viewing it.
・In particular, please put a note of warning about "stillbirth" and "child murder" in a positive way.
But, we only ask that you include a warning note, and there are absolutely no restrictions on dealing with stillbirth or infanticide as a form of fan art content. (Please follow the actual laws of your country.)
